Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ejempire.com (the "Site") and the services offered by East Joint Marketing Solutions("EastJoint", "we"). By using the Site, ordering a package, or booking a call, you agree to them.

Our services

EastJoint provides outsourced business services — customer support, virtual assistance, call handling and related work — under a separate engagement agreement per client. The Site describes packages and indicative pricing; an order through the Site is a request to engage us, and the engagement (scope, deliverables, fees, start date) is confirmed between us before work begins. Prices shown may change; confirmed engagements keep the price agreed at confirmation.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, probe other users' data, or disrupt the service.
• Don't submit false orders, impersonate others, or provide information you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including spam or harassment campaigns.

Client materials & content

Anything you provide us to perform an engagement (customer lists, credentials, brand assets, instructions) remains yours. You confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to use it only to deliver the engagement. Progress links and project pages we give you are for you and your team; please don't share them publicly.

Accounts and access links

Client project pages are accessed through private links, and team accounts are personal to the individual. You are responsible for keeping links and credentials confidential and for activity under them. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, risks other users' data, or is required by law. You may end your engagement as set out in your engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content and branding are ours. Deliverables we create for you are governed by your engagement agreement.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the Site (including savings estimates) is indicative, not a guarantee of results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EastJoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to USD $100; liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by that engagement agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless your engagement agreement says otherwise.
