Who exactly will work on my account?
A named person (or small team) you'll meet on a video call before they start. Not a rotating pool, not a ticket queue. You'll know your agent's name by day one.
What if it doesn't work out?
You start with a 2-week pilot at half price. If it's not a fit, you walk away — no contract, no cancellation fee, no hard feelings. After the pilot, everything stays month-to-month.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays yours. We sign an NDA on every engagement, agents are background-checked, and we work inside your tools with exactly the access you choose to give. Revoke it any time.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. We never pretend a bot is a person — customers are told when AI is answering, and a human takes over the moment it's needed. Pretending is how trust dies.
Do I need to train anyone?
Give us an hour or two in week one — walk us through your product and how you like things done. We write it all down (so it stops living in your head) and train our own people from there.
