The story, without the polish
We started in 2016 in the Philippines, doing outsourced support and back-office work the traditional way — a decade of BPO delivery for businesses across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE.
What changed everything wasn't us — it was AI. Suddenly one well-trained agent with good AI tools could do what used to take two or three. Most BPOs used that to fatten margins. We used it to cut prices to where a ten-person business can actually say yes: real support from $649 a month, live in 7 days.
Today we're 20 agents — trained, background-checked, AI-fluent, and genuinely nice people to have on your team. Small enough that the founder knows every account. Big enough to cover your phones at 3am.
